Theo Brugman is a senior international Project Manager / Construction Director with more than 40 years of experience in the chemical, pharmaceutical, pulp & paper, and food industries.

Starting his career in 1984 within the piping discipline,
Theo progressed into senior leadership roles managing large multidisciplinary engineering and construction projects for multinational clients across Europe and Asia.

Between 2010 and 2018, Theo owned and managed consultancy companies in China and Thailand, supporting major industrial projects throughout South-East Asia.

In 2020, he founded THABCO B.V. to provide high-level consultancy and project support services to the European market.
